Staffs were really friendly and the room was exactly the price we paid for. The first room before we changed our room, the aircon was not working well and it was a hot day. The staff patiently responded our request and had changed us a better room with well function cooling aircon which was amazing. The location was not bad and fairly easy to access to the main sites and food courts nearby. Overall, it is recommended for family who plan for a short visit there in BP.

Smooth and easy check in and very helpful staff helped find a place to store my bicycle and i was able to check out very early the next morning. The room was very clean and had exactly what I wanted.

The staff very good honestly & trust .we has been check out room ,forget the things to collect,left in lobby .call back staff ,help customers to kept .very appreciate all the staff .
